A little bit about me

Sandra is an accomplished Meal Prep Chef and Recipe Developer based in Melbourne. Her journey in the culinary world began after completing her Communication degree in Colombia. She then pursued her passion further, achieving a Master’s in Marketing and a secondary degree in Design in Argentina. Eventually, her love for the art of cooking led her to Melbourne, Australia, where she earned a degree in Culinary Arts and Food Styling. With a diverse educational background and a deep appreciation for the culinary arts, Sandra brings a unique and multicultural perspective to her creations.

Her culinary journey commenced years ago while residing in Argentina, where she immersed herself in the diverse world of cuisines. However, her connection with food, its preparation, and the art of learning from her grandmother in Colombia has been a constant thread throughout her life. This foundation paved the way for her to curate numerous recipes for various esteemed brands and restaurants.

Amid the challenges posed by the Covid pandemic, she orchestrated highly successful workshops, all of which were sold out within the initial three hours of launch. While her endeavours span a wide spectrum, her true passion remains rooted in Meal Preparation. Guided by a firm belief that “it holds the key to a healthy life and prudent financial management,” she remains a steadfast advocate for the art of mindful meal planning. This conviction has spurred the creation of several distinctive services: chef-made meals, Nourishmoms special menu. Tailored specifically for mothers in the post-childbirth phase and Lastly, we extend personalised cooking classes, aiming to empower individuals with enhanced culinary proficiency and confidence within the kitchen.

A few years ago, Sandra made the decision to launch her instagram account and now her business, in honour of her Mum, Esperanza, who valiantly battled and conquered cancer.
