Refund and Returns Policy
This Refund and Returns Policy applies to purchases made through LALA PRIVATE KITCHEN PTY LTD (ABN 55669043467), trading as Lala Esperanza Kitchen (we, our, us), via https://lalaesperanzakitchen.com.au/.
This policy applies to workshops, private dining experiences, team building events, 1:1 audits, ebooks, online courses, and any other services or digital products we offer.
1. General Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services (including limited-capacity events, time-based experiences, and digital products), refunds are generally limited.
Refund eligibility depends on the type of purchase:
- Workshops, events, and private dining experiences: may be refundable only under the conditions outlined below.
- 1:1 audits and consulting services: may be rescheduled but are generally non-refundable once confirmed.
- Digital products (ebooks, online courses): are non-refundable once access has been granted or the product has been downloaded.
2. Workshops, Events & Private Experiences
We understand that plans can change. Refunds for workshops or private experiences may be considered under the following conditions:
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event may be eligible for a partial or full refund (at our discretion).
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are not refundable.
- No-shows are non-refundable.
In some cases, we may offer:
- A credit for a future experience
- A transfer of your booking to another date (subject to availability)
3. Digital Products
All digital products, including ebooks and online courses, are non-refundable once purchased or accessed.
This is due to the immediate access nature of digital content.
4. 1:1 Services and Consultations
1:1 audits and consulting sessions:
- Can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice
- Are non-refundable once the session has been confirmed or delivered
- Missed sessions without notice are not refundable
5. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method via Stripe within a reasonable timeframe.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card provider (processing may take time)
- Contact your bank for processing delays
If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at the email below.
7. Exchanges and Transfers
We do not offer product exchanges.
However, where applicable (such as workshops or events), we may allow:
- Transfer of your booking to another person
- Transfer to a future date (subject to availability)
8. Cancellations by Us
In the rare case that we need to cancel an event or service:
- You will be offered a full refund, or
- The option to reschedule to another date
