minutesIt’s officially strawberry season, and we’ve been delighted to find them at very affordable prices in the supermarket lately. We absolutely love taking advantage of seasonal products, so over the weekend, I decided to whip up a few treats that are not only delicious but also healthy. One of these treats was chocolate-dipped strawberries. I happen to be a bit obsessed with collagen from Nutraorganics due to the fantastic results I’ve seen with my skin, nails, and hair. So, we hosted a girls’ night at my place, and I prepared some chocolate-dipped strawberries for the occasion.

Ingredients
Strawberry Organic 250g Punnet washed and disinfected (ready to eat)
120g Dark Chocolate
Collagen Beauty Nutraorganics
Equipment:
A baking tray lined with baking paper
Skewer 25cm
Directions
- In a microwave, melt the dark chocolate in 20-30 second intervals, stirring each time until the chocolate is smooth and fully melted. Then, add the Collagen and mix until well combined.
- Hold each strawberry by the green stem or with a skewer, and dip it into the melted chocolate, swirling to coat about two-thirds of the strawberry.
- Lay each chocolate-dipped strawberry on a baking tray lined with baking paper. This will prevent them from sticking to the surface and make cleanup easier.
- Place the tray of chocolate-dipped strawberries in the fridge for about 30 minutes or until the chocolate has hardened, and the strawberries are cold.
