minutesProbably one of the most popular breakfasts you can find on the internet, but it is also a winner for meal prep, as it is very suitable for most diets and is super versatile.
Ingredients
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup of Almond milk
1 tsp honeyΒ (optional, for sweetness)
1 Tsp of vanilla
Pinch of Salt
Fresh fruits, nuts, or toppings of your choice
Nutmeg and cinnamon to taste
1 tsp of pepitas
Directions
- In a jar or container with a lid, combine the rolled oats, milk, honey, and the rest of the ingredients. Stir well to ensure that all the ingredients are fully mixed.
- Seal the jar or container with a lid and refrigerate it overnight, or for at least 4 hours. This allows the oats to soften and absorb the liquid.
