Nothing beats a celebration platter, overflowing with a diverse array of delicacies. In fact, tomorrow marks the Grand Final day in Australia, making it the perfect occasion to savor a feast of fresh fruits, crisp vegetables, creamy cheeses, and your favorite ingredients. I specialize in crafting platters upon request from my clients. I take pleasure in artfully combining ingredients to create a beautiful canvas that offers a yumm blend of flavors and colors, perfect for enhancing any celebration.

Ingredients

  • 125g Fromager D’affinois Petit D Affinois

  • 150g Bellavitano Sartoni (Merlot Flavor)

  • 150g Vintage Cheddar

  • 1 Chopped carrot (Batons)

  • 10 celery batons

  • 20 g of sultanas

  • 20g Pistachios

  • Orange Slices

  • 10 Strawberries

  • 5 Cherry Tomatoes

  • Basil

  • 70g Hummus

  • 10 Slices of Prosciutto

  • Smoked paprika popcorn
  • 1/2 cup popping corn kernels

  • 2 tsp Avo oil

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika, 1 tsp of Onion powder, Salt to taste

  • 1 tsp of butter

Directions

  • Place the soft cheese in the center of the cheese board, and position the hummus in a small jar in one of the corners. Arrange the various cheeses in the other corners, and neatly roll up the portions of prosciutto.
  • Surround the hummus with the chopped vegetables, and artfully arrange the fruit in the center of the cheeses.
  • Fill the remaining spaces with the pistachios and sultanas. To add a unique touch, garnish the cheeses with edible flowers and decorative figures.
  • Smokey Paprika Pop Corn

    1. In a large, heavy-bottomed pot with a lid, heat the oil over medium heat.
    Add the popcorn kernels to the pot in an even layer.Cover the pot with the lid and shake it occasionally to prevent burning.
    When the popping slows down to about 2-3 seconds between pops, remove the pot from the heat. This usually takes about 3-4 minutes.

    2. Melt the butter and add the paprika, onion, and salt. Pour this mixture over the popcorn.
