minutesI cannot live without them; they are part of my meal-prep plan, and families love them so much. They are easy, nutritious, and incredibly easy to make. When I prepare them, I do at least 20 pieces and put some in the freezer, which is sooo good for busy weeks
Ingredients
2 cans of tuna, drained
1/2 cup LSA MIX (Ground linseed 50%, Ground Sunflower 37%, Almond Meal 12%)
1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
1/4 cup finely chopped celery
1 tsp dried parsley
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup mixed coleslaw and kale slaw
2 eggs
3 tsp avocado oil
Directions
- SautΓ© the vegetables until they become soft and fragrant, for about 5 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, LSA MIX, sauteed vegetables, dried parsley, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are well combined.
- Shape the mixture into patties. The mixture should hold together well, but if it feels too wet, you can add a bit more LSA MIX to help bind it.
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Carefully place the tuna patties in the skillet, leaving some space between each patty.
- Cook them for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they become golden brown and crispy.
