1. General & Business Philosophy 

Welcome to Lala Esperanza Kitchen. By accessing our website, purchasing our digital products, booking our services, or registering for our workshops, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Our services focus on providing kitchen strategies, culinary education, and digital guides designed to help you build intuitive, system-based cooking habits. 

2. Pricing & Payment 

• All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise.
• Payments for all digital guides, ebooks, workshops, and virtual services must be made in full at the time of purchase via our accepted secure credit card payment processors.
• Prices for our services, workshops, and digital products are subject to change without notice. 

3. Service Bookings & Consultations 

• Scheduling & Expiry: When you book a one-on-one virtual consultation or kitchen strategy service, the session must be scheduled and utilized within 3 months of the purchase date.
• Rescheduling & Cancellations: We understand that life gets incredibly busy for families and new parents. If you need to reschedule your booked service, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments without notice, may forfeit the session fee. 
• Service Scope: Our virtual consultations and services are designed strictly for educational strategy, kitchen systems, and culinary mentorship. Booked services are non-transferable to other individuals.

4. Digital Products & Intellectual Property 

• Upon purchasing a digital product (such as the Pickles Made Simple ebook or other kitchen guides), you are granted a single-user license for personal use only. 
• All content, frameworks, formulas, and text provided in our guides, newsletters, and workshops remain the intellectual property of Lala Esperanza Kitchen. You may not copy, resell, share, redistribute, or use our materials for commercial teaching purposes without explicit written consent.

5. Workshops & Virtual Events 

• Registration & Access: To participate in live virtual events (such as the Freezer Foundations workshop), you must register with a valid email address and sign in as required to access the live stream session. 
• Cancellations & Replays: If you are unable to attend a live virtual workshop, a recording or replay link will typically be made available to registered participants for a limited time. Lala Esperanza Kitchen reserves the right to alter workshop times or cancel an event if technical or unforeseen needs cannot be met, in which case a transfer or resolution will be provided.

6. Refunds & Cancellation Policy 

•  Due to the immediate, downloadable nature of digital products (ebooks, PDF guides) and the limited seating of virtual events, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. 
• We want you to feel fully supported in your kitchen journey. If you are not completely satisfied with your educational experience, booked service, or digital purchase, please contact us immediately at [Insert Your Business Email] so we can look into resolving your concerns.
