I am a big fan of crunchy stuff, and crackers are so delicious for lunch boxes or with a good dip when you have friends or family coming. I also use them sometimes as toppings for my salad—so good and, of course, healthy.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mixed seeds (such as sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, pepitas, chia seeds, sunflower seeds, etc.)

  • 1/4 cup almond flour

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp oregano powder

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 1 tsp Avocado oil

  • 1/2 tsp paprika

Directions

  • Preheat your oven to (160°C). Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine the mixed seeds, almond flour, salt, and the rest of the spices. Mix well to ensure the spices are evenly distributed.
  • Add the water and  oil to the dry ingredients. Mix until a thick, sticky dough forms. The mixture should hold together when pressed.
  • Let the dough rest for about 5-10 minutes to absorb moisture and help bind the crackers.
  • Place the dough between two sheets of baking  paper and roll it out thinly using a rolling pin.
  • Remove the top layer of baking paper and transfer the rolled-out dough (leaving the bottom one) onto the prepared baking sheet.
  • Use a pizza cutter to score the dough into your desired cracker shapes and sizes.
  • Bake the seed crackers in the preheated oven for approximately 15-20 minutes, or until the edges turn golden brown and the crackers are crispy. If you use an Airfryer it can be done in 12 minutes.
  • Once baked, remove the crackers from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes. Then, break them apart along the scored lines.
